Forms
When the sending service is available and you submit a form, your contact details, message and, for a quote, your configuration and delivery details are sent to SPAVOO at contact@spavoo.fr. Processing uses the site’s Cloudflare server and OVHcloud email. This information is used to respond to your request; there is no marketing sign-up.
The form does not save your contact details in browser local storage or in a site database. Received requests are kept in SPAVOO email. To request access, correction or deletion of your request, email contact@spavoo.fr. The controller’s identity and retention period still need to be specified before commercial launch.
What is stored in your browser
- Your language choice, to keep it from page to page.
- The configuration you build, so you find it again between the product page, the configurator and the quote request.
This information stays on your device. It contains no identity data and can be deleted by clearing the site data in your browser.
Cookies and analytics
No advertising or analytics tool has been added. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated submissions. This technical verification may process connection and browser information; it does not require a customer account.
