What do the displayed prices include?

Indicative VAT-inclusive prices apply to the standard configuration with 20% French VAT. Options, transport, unloading, installation and connections are not included. A written quote confirms the total based on your configuration, address and current rates. Tax and delivery must be confirmed for other destinations.

Are the models in stock?

No. Every tub or sauna is made to order. The lead time is confirmed in the quote.

Is installation included?

No. Installation, ground preparation, electrical connection and any crane lift are not included.

How is a wood-fired hot tub heated?

With wood, using an integrated or external stainless-steel stove depending on the model. Supplementary electric heating is optional.

What warranty applies?

Warranty and after-sales terms are being confirmed with the manufacturer. They will be detailed in the quote.
